1. Quotations & Pricing: All quotations are valid for 30 days. Prices are subject to change based on material costs and design modifications.
2. Design & Planning: Final designs and layouts require client approval before manufacturing commences.
3. Payment Schedule: A detailed payment schedule (e.g., advance upon booking, during installation, final upon completion) will be provided and forms part of the contract.
4. Installation: We commit to on-time installation. Client must ensure the site is prepared (electrical, plumbing, plastering complete) as per our specifications.
5. Warranty: We provide a comprehensive warranty on our craftsmanship and materials against manufacturing defects for a specified period. Warranty details are provided in the final contract.
